[games_access] Michelle's annoyance...:-)

I tried to transcribe the video, but it became a pain in the arse and
browser crashed when I kept rewinding the streamed video. I instead
did something better! I emailed Mike who wrote the initial article on
using games at Walter Reed and asked if there was a transcript for the
video. We'll see what he says! I think for most "professional" video's
produced there's a transcript created, how else does the narrator know
what to say? So, what Michelle suggests shouldn't be hard at all. but
yeah, captioning user created videos like most found on YouTube is
sadly going to be up to the individual creator.
