How about distributing a list of Web sites that offer:

1. Accessibility information (how to make games accessible, what is
needed, etc)

2. Markets for accessible games (resellers, organizations, institutions)

3. Publicity (reviews, ratings, etc.) for accessible games

As a developer, I find this kind of information very useful.
It might stimulate some developers at GDC to add accessibility into their
game plans.
