I think the name and front-end presentation, on reflection, are a bit close to yours for comfort. I suppose if someone set up a web-site called OneSwitch.ca or something like that - I'd feel a bit agrieved myself.
It does seem unlikely that he'd never seen your site before but not completely impossible. On the other hand - and a bit trite perhaps - but immitation is the sincerest form of flattery and all that.
I can certainly see the difference between the sites - but I can understand others confusing the two sites.
Have a word with the guy once you've had a good think.

This is a total knock-off on the site we run AbleGamers.com. I do not mean to sound like an ass, but the brand is something we have been working on for well over 4 years, and I am not pleased that a site has stolen the name...
I am all for people talking about this issue, and I love that there are more sites out there, but this is not cool to take our name like this.
