[games_access] Ubisoft and Game Accessibility, Subtitle

Well - in the UK - good subtitles includes description of music and sound 
effects - with colour coded writing to distinguish between people talking. 
We've had that on teletext TV's since the early 1980's. Surely Ubisoft can 
manage that?!
