[games_access] GDC + IGDA Tech Migration

Oddly, as I wrote this, I did receive an acceptance for accessibility  
arcade...only it's as a poster session, which I can do but seems  
REALLY odd given that the point of that session is to allow people to  
try out controllers and such. I can make it work but I'm still trying  
to argue for a different format!
