[games_access] Terminology

I'm a "people first" person (sorry Barrie!) -- then again, that's my personal preference. But I'm also ok with the reverse. I just personally prefer "disability/disabled" when I refer to myself.
Steve's right, though, "cripple" and "gimp" are terms that are much more of an issue for many more people.
