Why not? Quick and easy. There's a massive range to choose from of course. 
You might want to consider mentioning potential controller alternatives 
being available on Mario Kart for the Wii (Wii remote in steering wheel, Wii

remote alone, or classic JoyPad). Might mention an obscure game such as 
Vivarium's Seaman (Dreamcast/PS2) using speech as the primary control - 
offering old fashioned keyboard input would have overcome that issue for 
those struggling to make themselves understood, or those without speech.
