Also although not strictly commercial we're a public service broadcaster.. Decent budgets and production values, just no charge for the output. There's a high profile suite of simple games for preschoolers with profound and multiple disabilities about to be released, some nice config options in it (switch access, visual complexity, fine controls over motor & cognitive ability required for gameplay).. While not the type of content that commercial organisations develop, its a useful example of what's possible.. Should be out mid-late Sept, will keep you posted.

While we are a small company, we are a commercial game company.  We have 
a control panel that allows the player to set a number of parameters to 
meet his or her needs.  We have a speed control that allows the player 
to slow a game down, a setting for voice control users that tells them 
what to say to control our games; a game voice control that will allow 
our blind-accessible games to be self voiced with SAPI; a screen reader 
control that allows certain screen readers to be used with our games; a 
video control that will allow a video to be played sound only;  a big 
type control that increases the size of all type; a captions control 
that will add captions to a video; a music control that will turn 
background music off for easier hearing of the game voice; the idle twit 
button that, if you have not done any action for 60 seconds will tell 
you the options available to you at that point.   These controls can be 
set at any point by selecting the controls button which is on the screen 
and available in the tab order.

I believe these type of controls allow a player to increase the 
accessibility for them "on the fly" as you were asking about in your Email.

Works on my machine. You have to tilt your head a lot to the left or right to steer. Not my idea of a face-tracker really. Quite fun unless neck ache kicks in.

Hi Sandra, replying to the group in case anyone else finds this useful.
Your red eyes against green bushes.. we had a very similar problem on one of our games, red clickable apples against a green tree. The red apples and green tree were straight from the associated TV show so we had no choice over using them, so to get around this we did the following -
- White highlight to provide difference in brightness, as the red/green had to have similar brightness to match the TV props- Slight pink to the red to provide difference in colour.. still looks red to most people, but for deut/prot it looks blue instead of green/brown- More prominent outline/shadow
I've done a quick example for your augen game, this shows the difference that two of these make - white highlight and slight pink tint.
