Hello,

there is a change. 

You do not have to apply for it. But you have
to inform them about your game innovation!!!!

The conditions are missing, but I remember something like this:
* European development (the main part?)
* innovation in game area
* last two years 
* hardware / software
* when nominated you have to travel to cologne, Germany???

I do not remind if concepts are allowed and what about student project.

Maybe it can be useful to request a special category
"Game Accessibility" when necessary.

Note: You can also inform them about other game innovations.
