[games_access] Configurable subtitles

In the past, system fonts that might have been built into consoles
typically weren't made available to developers--I'm not sure if that's
been improved in the current gen. Lots of dev-tools on other platforms,
even XNA for Windows PC, were the same, but this has gotten better in
recent years.

Unity provides rather extensive support for fonts, and seems to include
dynamic resizing of in-game text (see /Dynamic fonts /at
http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-Font.html). This is the kind of
feature that could be worked into many games without an unreasonable
amount of extra effort on the developer's part. The downside is that
the text is potentially inconsistent with the visual design. For
example, the font /Arial/ would probably look a little bland in an
action game about zombie-tanks.
