Thanks, but maybe I wasn't clear.  I am looking to make a  suitable adapter 
product to sell.  That device looks handy if you wanna  fiddle with it, but I 
want to make a hard wired adapter like the original, if  there is a need.  I 
only thought this after seeing multiple posts in the  past looking for these 
adapters.
