william,  apparently a -001 option, not a -003 option.
but please be gentle with me i am just starting out with fluke 9000's!
when i get the service and user manuals i'll have better info to
work from.  interestingly, the 9010a service manual (after page 6-2
of the 9010a service manual) states on page 001-1 in the
theory of operation that the rs232 card is auto detected.
i guess i am hoping that the 9020a will auto detect this card!
