[Techtoolslist] 9010 ram pattern error?

Read and write of the address works fine.  Wrote a few different values and
the reads match.  Ram short for the block passes on loop (4C00-57FF).

I got a pattern error earlier today at 5606, then this one at 556E. 


Ok just ran this again.
Got a pattern error @ 56A9 Data was FE not FF.
Did a looping read @ that address and am getting FE / FF flickering.

Now to track down which chip is that address.

The overview of what the tester is doing in the pattern test is on that page
of the manual.  For the reported failing address (long should report this as
well as the BTS discrepancy) what is reported for short, or manual
write/read?

The long test is looking for pattern sensitive errors (nearest neighbor).

What happens if you LOOP (see 4H-11 in the operators manual).

I've seen similar on a (non arcade) board with a bad bus transceiver but it
can also indicate a fault in the RAM itself.
