[Techtoolslist] ict-101 manual

I don't have the faintest idea if this is list appropriate :)  I only
care that it gets scanned by someone as it sounds like there are a few
folks who'd like a copy.  I imagine cost to ship into Canada would be
higher but if John wants to take it on, I won't object as it's dull
work. Pat,  thanks much for helping.
