I recall looking at these disks a while back and concluding that they
weren’t useful. Most of the parts are copied from the stock PARTLIB
that ships with the Fluke system software. I recall seeing a handful
which someone defined, but none I cared about.
The messages you quote are part of the PODLIB programs which come with the
Fluke system software. The last one is telling you to look at the
Supplementary Pod Information manual.
