[Techtoolslist] Fluke FIDE 4.1.9 Run-time error'68'

If I was wishing for options off the top of my head, then I'd like it if 
one could open existing file in a logical manner. Now you can open 
existing files if you are in the correct directory, but there is no 
"Open" or "RECENT" function in the Files menu - either of which would be 
handy...
