[Town Meeting] Article 28: Amendment to the substitute motion

Here is the amendment that I made this evening:

 

Add the following to Title VIII, Article 2, Section 2:

 

"Notwithstanding other provisions in these Bylaws, all dogs upon any public
way open to motor vehicle or bicycle use, including the Minuteman Bikeway,
must be restrained at all times with a chain or leash extended to no more
than six (6) feet in length.  "
