Hi Town Meeting Members,

It turns out that I can not do a substitute motion for Article 45 to
increase an amount ... only to decrease one.  Can you circulate the fact
that I learned the details from the Finance Committee chair this evening
and so that's not going to work .. so it's withdrawn,  Can that be done?
