Yes, there are leaders and million followers. And we all know who they are.
Just one thing, please don't try to claim credits for what you haven't done.
I can understand to become an imitator, but actually taking credit for something you haven't done?

Exactly. Adding and improving upon a successful idea is how most games
(and other inventions) are made, it would be ridiculous to expect that
every game created a new genre. I agree that the main problem is the
direct copies, reskinnings of successful games, and I'm aware you've
suffered a lot from these kinds of games lately.
