[casual_games] Audio Engines

We use BASS; pretty happy with it, the price is right,
and the MO3 (compressed MOD) support is nice.
Essentially allow high-quality, low-size music files,
assuming the musician is happy with the format.
Also has decent OGG support... it's one of those
things that I really don't want to worry too much
about..
