[casual_games] Torque? Popcap? Or DIY?

Not really sure why that is OT. The development platform can be an
important choice, and it matters if the framework you choose is limited
to one or another.

As far as Torque: I recently played around with Torque X, but I have
never used TGB. Torque X was all C#, so I didn't have to contend with
TorqueScript at all. The composable object model they use was quite
nice. My only complaint would be that the source code for the Torque X
editor is not available so adding new base object types to it was
impossible.
