[casual_games] Impact of Netbooks on PC Development?

I don't think its really a question of not be able to but more of the
effects of scaling down in window mode. eg. performance ( on lower
hardware ) and graphic ( some blur ) degradation. I was mostly
interested in downloadable games as we do not develop web/flash games.
Thank you for sharing James, I think we might be uping the ante from
800x600 on our next project. I have always kinda assumed that people
playing from their workplace would use windowed mode instead of
fullscreen. Can anyone share any statistics on on window vs fullscreen?
