Oscar,

We are using Flex AS3 (uses the Flash player) for our current game,
which has been in development for nearly two years. I recommend you
avoid Flash. We haven't ported to the mobiles yet but the feedback I've
received from other developers who have is that It is bloated, slow and
buggy. I personally cannot recommend the platform for desktop usage
either. The platform has many issues and Adobe support is virtually
non-existent, their roadmap is worse.
