[games_access] Rock Star Games and GTA IV: Pressing for greater accessibility

Hi,

Despite GTA IV not having closed captioning, when you watch TV in GTA
(which is very funny) there is a spoof commercial between tv shows,
that says "commercials brought to you by ........ "  and then
"....closed captioning brought to you by Burger Shot......" So they do
know what closed captioning is.
