[games_access] Fixed point mode for iOS switch access

That would be powerful no doubt. I'm looking to resurrect that old Adaptive
Firmware Card system for console gaming, using the START or MENU button, as
a rough way to replicate this, for simpler control schemes.

In the UK in the 1980s there was a company called Nidd that sold a range of
slo-mo devices for the ZX Spectrum, BBC Micro, C64 and maybe others (The
AFC could do this too, at least in its later iteration). Didn't work on
everything, but I've long thought that would be such a nice thing if
possible. To be fair, even back in the 1980s this gear didn't work with all
games. But when it did, it was fantastic for people with slower reactions.
