[games_access] Accessibility in progression driven games

Really good points from you all. 100% agree with the piracy element. With
no demos, then people should be given a fair refund option at least. And
cheats/hacks/mods have always been a (tricky) way in, in lieu of decent up
front options. Put too many barriers up to access, and people will always
bend rules to get half-way to a fair deal if it's the only option vs
nothing at all.
