[Techtoolslist] Fluke 006 async tape data on ftp site + help getting self-test to pass

Actually - looking at this a little further - that option never existed 
on this tape.  There's no option to setup delay compensation at all and 
no Program 10 that is ever called to execute.   So perhaps an older version.

Anyway - I wonder if there are other versions floating around 
somewhere?  The self-test setup is here

on PDF page 23.  Right now I get Signature 0000 Count 255
