This is the only Z-Test unit I've ever seen (they licensed it to
Fluke) but alas I don't have the matching Z-Test colored IB,  just the
standard beige Fluke one.

According to the service manual (that Steve Larkins found) there was a
64 pin version also but no clue if it was ever released and info on
Z-Test is pretty much non-existent.
